the hotel made my stay really enjoyable with its cleanliness and modern furniture. It’s just a short walk to both styal country park and bruntwood park for a refreshing city stroll.

Super convenient for terminal 2! The staff were super friendly, and the room was modern and comfy. But the USB sockets by the bed were a bummer and didn't work. We tried the restaurant, and while the food was yummy, it felt kinda pricey for what we got. The bar area had a great vibe, though!

We had a lovely stay the night before our flight. The room was spacious and super quiet, which was a nice surprise with the airport so close. Room service was a win too – had half chicken and cheesecake, was delish! Just took a bit to find the right signs for Terminal 2, though.

The food in the restaurant was excellent, particularly the laksa, yet the evening staff appeared inexperienced and lacked warmth upon arrival. while the buffet breakfast was enjoyable, it lacked adequate vegan options, as the vegetarian/vegan sausage needed to be requested. More inclusive food choices would enhance the experience significantly.

The gym facilities were excellent, while the cold food was disappointing.

The towel swans and rose petals on our bed to celebrate the start of our honeymoon were very thoughtful. The breakfast was also absolutely wonderful!

The standard room was super comfy with a nice sofa bed. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked minibar. The fitness center was a great perk too! Dinner had delicious Turkish food. Breakfast had a nice variety for everyone. Location is just a quick walk to terminal 2, which made it super easy for my early flight.

The sofa bed in the Queen Room with Sofa Bed felt like a slab of concrete. no pillows made it even worse. Dining wasn't enjoyable given the low chairs in the dining room that left you straining to reach the table, although it did provide a laugh. the lasagne served up seemed to be more oil than meal, which could leave a less-than-satisfied taste in your mouth. Getting through a small revolving door with luggage was quite the challenge, especially when a perfectly good normal door was nearby—seems like an odd design choice around here.
